"I remember when I finally beat the DT for this level, but stopped the recording beforehand. It pissed me off to this very day. Well, not anymore because I finally redeemed myself for not only getting recorded footage of this level, but manage to secure a new PB by just 1-tenth of a second!
Once again, your run has to be damn near perfect in order to beat the DT. There's a single 1-second time-crate I miss on purpose because I'm not capable of collecting all three 1-second time-crates. Instead I grab two by jumping into them while maintain my speed.
Normally I take an intentional hit by the spherical robot near the end. After I surprisingly spin him, I ended up using both Aku-Akus to my advantage against the two Spiked-Shells near the exit. This allowed me to gather both 1-second time-crates without the fear of losing the run from the first Spike Shell.
The Developer Time is (1:04:47) by Shawn Dobbins. I was able to surpass his time by .27 of a second."
