"My goodness achieving this DT was a doozy. I wouldn't say its one of the most difficult or frustrating like Hog Ride, Bug Lite, Under Pressure, etc. It is rather tricky and can be tough to pull off.
There are two things you must learn if you wish to surpass the DT:
#1. The Wall Jump Glitch
There's a couple of locations you can do this. I know two of them by heart. One of them is near the beginning of the stage. Doing this will make Pura gain more speed during the glitch.
I manage to get the first time-crate, pull-off a superb wall jump glitch and grab the second time-crate in amazing time. I didn't need to do another one and thank goodness because it's far too difficult to pull it off elsewhere.
#2. Jumping At The Right Points
Jumping over certain gaps, uphill sections and corners can aid you to shave off more time.
According to Bandipedia and 105% endgame-credits, the Developer Time is (0:16:96) by Justin Monast. I manage to beat his time by 6-hundredths of a second! This makes this DT #22!"
