9One again, for the Gem Challenge of this Pogo Pandemonium stage, instead of bringing your points UP, you have to bring them DOWN before the opponents do. This is made harder with you starting with more points than they do.

For El Pogo Loco's Crystal Challenge, Ripper Roo no longer turns squares into TNTs.
Instead, he turns them into NITROS! And they only need one second to explode! If an explosion hits you and ONLY you, you automatically lose.
It sometime feels like Ripper Roo will tag in a Nitro Square right where you're going, so keep your eye peeled on where he is!
Again, this DOES NOT matter to your opponents.
