Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal: Part 8: Q-Force & Vid-Comic 2: Arriba Amoeba!
4Returning to the Starship Phoenix, Captain Qwark commenced his first meeting with his brand new superhero team:
The Q-Force!
Besides Ratchet, Clank, Sasha, and also Qwark's pet monkey Skrunch. He has also summoned three other familiar faces:
Al and his mastery of electronics.
Skid McMarx and his nerves of steel.
Helga and her... sensual powers of seduction...
At present, Dr. Nefarious had a top secret base on Planet Aquatos, and he had a plan to infiltrate it...
...and it entirely involved Ratchet & Clank doing all the heavy and gross work for him and the others...

Before taking this on, I finally check out that 2nd Qwark Vid-Comic that I got from Annihilation Nation. It is titled "Arriba Amoeba!"
Here, it documents the first creation of the Amoeboid menace in Blackwater City.
Dr. Nefarious, back before he was changed into a robot, was a responsible for this mess, and wanted to use the Amoeboids to take over all of Planet Rilgar.
However, when the narrator went on about the embarrassing methods of how Qwark, he overpowered him and became the new narrator to tell a much less embarrassing story of how he fought the Amoeboids.

"IT'S TIME, TO FIGHT BLOB WITH BLOB!"
Aside from an official Wall Kick tutorial from Qwark, you also get to pick up a flamethrower to use against the enemies here.
Keep a close eye out for dark gray walls. They can be smashed through in order to find hidden tokens.
This is otherwise a more straightforward Vid-Comic level than the first one. There's no bosses to fight in it. You just simply reach a huge green Token that burns Qwark to death in colorful red and green triangular flames.
The "Set a new record for Qwark" Skill Point for this level is to beat it in under 2:10.

The regular narrator got his control back and concluded the Vid-Comic with how Qwark actually managed to defeat Nefarious' Amoeboid Army, forcing him to retreat, but swearing revenge on the green menace that he COULDN'T control.
But Qwark wasn't gonna let him escape alone. He managed to hang onto Nefarious' escape pod as it traveled throughout space... all while holding his breath like balloon.

One the way to Aquatos, Secret Agent Clank's director called in on him, wondering where he was.
Ratchet just wanted Clank to ignore him for now.
