This is a really tough one. You must get all the time boxes, you must get triple Aku and you can't ever stop and wait. As long as you start moving immediately, you will find all the rollers to be in a favorable position until you get to the double ones after the green gem tunnel. This is where most of my attempts ended. The problem is the crate wall just before. If I can break through it without being slowed down, I will beat the rollers most of the time, but I simply can't do that consistently. When I do get past them, there are two more obstacles. The next roller is not exactly in a favorable position either, and I can easily mess up getting the third Aku by hitting the TNT first. When I saw the developer time, I wanted to get another sub-40, but I quickly realized that was impossible for me, so I had to settle with sub-42.
