Completing the last mission in the game which it unlock when you reach 90% completion.

The game overall was okay, the races are pretty boring due to not so good ai. The only redeeming part for me was just arresting the criminals which is fun and it also requires prioritization, failing to do so will result in repeated mission which is kinda punishing especially in some of the annoying ones(like escorting the tank for me). And once you arrest them you also had to escort them to prison and you can also stack them as much as you want, it was also involves risk and reward since if it was too late, they will escaped from the custody.
