This is my arrangement of the music from the first episode ("Crazy Computers") of Brian Goble's 1993 platformer for Windows, The Adventures of Micro Man. I have arranged it for native playback on SNES hardware, and the audio was recorded directly from a launch-model SNES console.

Does anyone else remember this game from way back in the days when you'd get floppy disks full of random shareware games? Micro Man was so much fun to mess around with, and if you had a sound card, you got to hear his excellent theme song too. I randomly thought of this game not too long ago, and I thought it would be fun to take it for a spin for what's probably the first time in about 25 years. I was surprised - it's still as fun as it always was!

I am also super stoked that the bongo solo turned out sounding like it belongs in The People's Court theme song. I think it works well with that Seinfeld/Paperboy-style slap bass. Or maybe I'm just crushing way too hard on excessive reverb effects. I'm not sure why I'm stoked, but whatever. I never claimed to be normal.

Hope you all enjoy the arrangement!
