Hey all! More noms from the food review brothers Crazyclimber80 and Coach Shiley. This place is getting raves from a national perspective, and deservedly so-- PDX Sliders! This joint is off of SE Division and 31st and was originally just a food cart off SE Bybee, but expanded to an actual restaurant. Not only burgers but coleslaw, fries, chicken and pork as well as a Philly slider. Everything we had (and we got I think 4 sliders plus BBQ chicken fries) was FAN FREAKING TASTIC. My money's on the aioli for being the difference maker. Each burger was so tasty and juicy, mostly served on ciabatta-like rolls. Truffle oil and a sort of Kansas City-type smoky barbecue sauce with buttermilk chicken adorned the fries, and though I'm not a fan of the smoke in my barbecue I started coming around. It's not hard to see why they get good business. I hope they stick around for a long, long time! Another review will follow soon. Hope you join us then!
