Wow-- what a tasty buncha burgers! This little Korean-owned burger stand has an outdoor grill right next to it at the Hillsboro-Cornelius border off of Baseline, and the patties are THICK and full of juicy flavor! Be aware of a couple of things though.. they prefer cash-only and you'll need to wait a long time if you don't call ahead due to the grill only being able to accommodate a certain number of burgers at once. But what a powerful, hot grill-- the guy manning it uses essentially a BLOWTORCH on it! The little plastic fan blowing the smoke away from him has partially melted-- LOL! Very nice guy. Not only are the burger patties huge but the slices of cheese are SUPER thick. We tried the Kimchee, the Bulgogi and the basic bacon cheese. All were fantastic and on slightly charred buns with a nice bushy leaf of lettuce, tomato and onion. Crazy good! Highly recommended. Just watch the traffic if you park right by the street (if you're coming out the passenger side). My brother may be moving to Rhode Island for a job opportunity (possibly not permanent), so this may be the last video of us for quite a while. Or I may do some solo; we'll see. Cheers!
