Finishing the setup of the Race End Manager requires the explanation of a few things that were left out (but not entirely) by the makers of the template. The most important thing from this video is getting the End Game Device set up, which is done early. The rest of the video is spent exploring the setup of the template and determining why the Race End Manager's 'ScoreManager' and 'StatsBillboards' were left out of the functioning template.
