Got this question a lot. I uploaded this like 5 months late but whatev, hope it helps somebody anyways.
In this tutorial you'll learn to create (or export) an XML File for your animations in Adobe Animate. It's pretty quick, most hard thing is learning to draw/animate lmaooo
I'm pretty sure you can create XML's with other programs but I've never done it before so really sorry about that.
