💻 #Programming Arduino:I utilized an #Arduino Uno R4 to control the BLDC motor, programming it with a #custom #software to regulate the motor speed from very low speed to high speed. This experience taught me valuable skills in writing efficient code for precise motor control and handling input/output operations for real-time adjustments. 📟💡
🔧 Circuit Design: The control circuit is designed using a series of transistors to switch the motor phases, enabling smooth and responsive speed control. Breadboarding allowed me to test the circuit’s functionality and make necessary adjustments before moving to a permanent solution on a perfboard.
⚙️ BLDC Motor Drivers: Understanding the intricacies of BLDC motor drivers was crucial. These drivers manage the motor’s phases, ensuring efficient operation. My setup ensures that the motor receives the correct signals at the right time.
