For this game I play the nation of Oirat. My goal is to create a nation with the most lowest development provinces I can in EU4. It's a new meta, I call it playing sort (as apposed to playing tall). And having been the first to test it out, I do have to conclude there are still some kinks that will have to be worked out, as you will be able to see in the video.
