The bankruptcy of Credit Suisse and Deutsche bank will cash the overall stock market, likely triggering the AMC squeeze. In addition, its unlikely that Credit Suisse will receive a bailout as historically Europe is a lot less forthcoming to provide bailout money.
Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are both G-SIB's, Global Systemically Important Banks, all of these banks interact with each other and have massive amounts of exposure to each other, if one bank goes, they're all at risk and the stock market will certainly crash.
Credit Suisse also still have open GME and AMC short positions, if they go under they will be forced to cover, causing the squeeze.
