Massive Liquidations will be coming soon as a result of new collateral rules and regulations making major banks more easy to wind down during a crisis!
These new regulations will force major banks to hold more cash on hand, to ensure that when they are liquidated they'll have enough cash to buy back their short positions and wont require the DTCC to step in for billions if not trillions of $.
This is the regulators saying they will not be bailing out the big banks again and they'll have to pay to buy back shares during the squeeze theirselves.
These hedge funds and major banks are desperate for more margin and more cash wherever they can find it!
