In this video, I show the benefits and differences in using Vitamin C and Vitamin D when raising a Pixie monster.

Although a monster's stats increase tremendously when using the Vitamins, I wouldn't really recommend using them too often since they shorten the monster's lifespan by a week with Vitamin C and two weeks with Vitamin D. Which is why I had to use a Golden Peach and a Plant Egg before this Pixie even turned two years old.
