Welcome back to Rhea’s Kitchen! In this new episode, I will be sharing how to make your own fragrant and crispy chilli garlic at home. It is a nice condiment for different types of dishes but most popularly known in the Philippines to be paired with dumplings (siomai). A flavor-packed chilli garlic that you can turn into a home-based business especially now that jobs were lost and the economy is down because of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Here are the ingredients:
☆ Crunchy & Fragrant Chilli Garlic ☆
¾ cup canola oil
4 bulbs of garlic
12 pcs of birds eye chilli (siling labuyo)
Salt
Optional:
3 pcs of bay leaves
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp sesame seeds
