Where the system helps you add NPC's that are intrinsically tied to the characters, but not necessarily wanting to kill the Player Characters, but sometimes wants to kindly egg the PC's on to challenge them, or if their relationship decays, then it can resort to outright violence!
This new system adds a new dynamic, making the world feel more real, and connected to the story, while not being the main focus of the game.
