This is the third video I'm reuploading from the one I made around February earlier this year.
Recap:
Andrew from Otaku Spirit once made a video about Crunchyroll's Anime Award Voting being a market tactic, baiting people into clicking on which genre or voice actor they want to vote for and win the award, but according to him, it's nothing but clickbait and Crunchyroll/Sony gets free advertising.

First thing I back up is the lack of censored anime only on Crunchyroll, without the censored version. Second, Crunchyroll doesn't want to go union with voice actors or anyone related to SAG-AFTRA. Now, they're clickbaiting the customers into voting for something they like, to just market their brand and keep all the money to themselves. Is this Funimation and Crunchyroll merge only gonna get worse? How many people are thinking about these issues and addressing them? How long is it going to take for everyone to wake up and start revolting? Only time will tell. But to my knowledge, I think it will get worse. In this video, you will see Andrew talk about how Crunchyroll's marketing strategies work. #funimation #crunchyroll #sony #anime #animevoting #monopoly #clickbait #piracy
