In this suggestion video, I explain why - if it's technically feasible in CK2 (if not for the inevitable CK3) - a character's Health score should be better reflected through their portraits. Even if it's just little things like liver spots, we should be able to see a characters' health health in decline to give us a better baseline on when a character might finally pass.
