1Hello there and thank you for joining me as we continue to roleplay out the life of Lupita Frost, Justinian's grand-daughter and the empress of the Byzantine Empire. Finally we find ourselves face-to-face with the Venetian menace as we decide 'it's time' and aim to re-conquer Italia, Itself!
Can we manage to rebuild the ancient Roman empire from its original roots, or will we suffer and struggle against a massive coalition of ex-Romans, Barbarians, and other strangelings?

Throughout my life I've loved Roman history as sort of a subtle "comparison to America" thing, and these days I feel like we really need a Justinian. I won't lie, I'm also heavily inspired by the Extra Credits team's work on Justinian (and Suleiman).
