Everyone knows that I am a huge fan of Strategy based games. Most of the games I have played you ended up being a country with an immortal rule that lives from 4,000 BCE until you colonize space (looking at you Civilization).

In Crusader Kings II, you aren't the country, you are the ruler and that ruler will eventually die. The game isn't just about running a country its about creating a dynasty that lasts.

So last night I took my first dive into Crusader Kings II so I could do my review on it, and let me tell you that if you can stick with it past the baptism by fire with all the different things going on at the same time, it is an amazing time.
