Method 1: Beginners
1) Write your commands in console
2) After writing all commands,
write "writecfg [cfgname]" in the console

3) Your commands will be saved in [cfgname].cfg

If you want to load your commands type
exec [cfgname].cfg

Note:
All legit commands or client-side commands will be saved in
that config

replace [cfgname] with any name you want
and you can create up to 1000 thousand config or settings if you want
just remember their names And execute them with "exec" command

Method 2: Advanced
1) Win+R to open Run
2) type "notepad" to open notepad
or skip these just open a notepad
3) write your commands anything you want (illegal or serverside commands too)
4) save it as [cfgname].cfg (Note: The save as type should be "All Files")
5) Save it directly to the cstrike folder or save it anywhere then copy or paste it to the cstrike folder
6) Open CS 1.6
7) Use "exec" command to execute your commands
write in the console
exec [cfgname].cfg

DONE!!!
