I Will Say if You Have Basic Understating of Electronics Design and Circuit Design than Get the Computer Engineering Degree.
As a Computer Engineer You Role Will Be Developing RAM, Graphic Cads and Motherboards.
But If You are Weak at Electronics than CE Degree is Not You than Take a Look at CS Degree.
In Computer Science You Job Will Be Debugging the Computer Kernel and Developing PC Software and Developing Windows Drivers.
If You Have the CS Degree than You Can Go in to Any Programming or Software Engineering Field You Like.
