===== Map overview =====

de_winter_forest is a snowy themed map created for a contest on Gamebanana (www.gamebanana.com) and is my second map ever created for CS:GO. It features a snowy forest with 2 important sideways, and a hefty middle part with a frozen (and slippery!) river. T's can either bomb the Forest House in the middle or the CT spawn. Generally the T's have it easier by trying to plant at the Forest House, but if there's an opening to the CT spawn, I recommend going there as it's far more open and much easier to defend.
CT's should defend both middle as their spawn at all times, because once a way is cleared for T's, it's very hard to keep control of both bombsites.

I think snipers will love this map as it's very open-area and very large as well. People who prefer close-quarters battle are gonna have a hard time beating this map.

'CS:GO Bots Series' is a series of videos intented for showing off all the worthwhile maps of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive by playing them with bots. Along with testing with bots, I also optimize the navigation file if needed, and provide radar screens and loading screens. I hope that servers for CS:GO will add and/or improve their nomination lists this way and that all of these maps will reach the player's eyes so that they also get their rightful chance of being played, as in many of these maps, the mappers have put a considerable amount of time and effort in them.

If a map misses either a radar overview or a loading screen (or both), I will create those myself and provide them with a download link below. Nevertheless, all credits for these go to the original mapper and not to me!
