GAMEPLAY MODE: Competitive

In competitive, each team consist of 5 players that all start without armour (Kevlar and Helmet) and with 800$. The goal is for Terrorists to plant a bomb at 2 designated areas on the map, Counter-Terrorists need to stop them in order to secure the area. The team with most wins at the end of the map wins the game.

Each match consist of at least 16 matches with a maximum of 30. At the 15th match teams are automatically switched from sides. The first team to have 16 matches wins automatically. A tie of 15-15 is possible, meaning the team with the lowest skillgroup combined will win.

Matchmaking is based on the Elo rating system to determine a player's skill level. These can vary depending on how many matches you win or lose and what the opponent's skill levels are. Winning will always net you points, losing will always remove points and a tie depends on wheter you were lower skilled than the opponents or not. Lower nets your points, higher removes some points. As a result, you can uprank or derank at any time during your competitive carreer.

To improve aim and general playstyle, make sure to warmup before entering the competitive scene (such as playing casual, aim maps, fy maps, training maps or even playing against bots). My skill level will never be permanent. It seems I feel most comfortable in Master Guardian II, but this can change at any time in the future.
