*DISCLAIMER*
Remember, this is my personal opinion. All this res does is keep the best possible quality at 4:3 on a 1080p display, playing stretched makes everything *LOOK* bigger as well as use your whole screen (so no black bars), because the pixels are stretched horizontally, enemies will look like they move faster, which may throw you off, but I much prefer it to 16:9 (1920x1080) or 4:3 with black borders. I will try to answer comments as best I can, but if i see the same questions popping up (where I have missed something in the video) I will include it in the description.
