Just don't expect it to make you immediately better at shooting through walls. It's all about practising positions on different maps.

OTHER QUESTIONS:
*You say the AWP is the best, then later on you say the autosniper is! WHICH IS BEST?!
AWP does most damage, autosniper is best compromise between damage and fire-rate. They're both lethal for spamming stuff with.
*Pistols are bad? What about the revolver and deagle?!?!
Yeah, those two are okay thanks to a higher penetration and damage value. They'd be somewhere between rifles and sniper rifles. Shame about their ammo / firerate.
