Thanks everyone for being great sports about the April Fools prank video. I know losing your account is a serious matter and happens to many of us. Your best bet is to document your account ID and your garage value and top cars. This way the developer can more easily find your account if it is lost.

Also, I would advise against repeated reinstalls. It does not really help. The current player ID is key and you never want to load local save. local save reload can overwrite the server save which may actually make it harder to relocate your old account.
