Watch me win my 50th straight live race online in CSR2. Check out my other video for tips for tuning your car. I show the tune I'm running in my tier 3 zero stars mustang gt premium. This car can be purchased with in game cash. You would just have to get the evo parts.

Btw, if you are having trouble collecting evo parts you can buy cars from that maker and strip the cars. This will give you evo parts. Higher tier cars get more parts I believe. When I'm tuning a car I will buy multiples of that car or other cars from that manufacturer and strip them for evo parts.
