CTR: Crash Team Racing is your cut-and-dry Mario Cart clone, featuring characters from the Crash Bandicoot universe. It has most of what you can expect from a party racing game: weapons, rubber banding and silly stage design. It also features an adventure mode, similar to Diddy Kong Racing (but sadly, it only has carts).

The game is actually surprisingly fun and well made. I was expecting a pretty mediocre racing game, but found it begin pretty enjoyable. The stages are fun, the mechanics are solid and there is a lot of content to consume. Biggest downside is the incredibly heavy rubber banding going on: it is next to impossible to pull ahead from the AI sometimes.
