Cultivation Motivation! | Farm Manager World - Part 19 (Farm Sim)
79Farm Manager World continues and we build a new, exciting (sort of...?) thing on The Lovely People's Farm; a cultivation pond!
The plan is to grow nice plants in there to then use elsewhere on the farm. The nori can be used to make sushi rolls and the lotus stems can be pickled! There's a bit of faffing around to make sure we've got everything sorted, and of course there's a slight bit of mismanagement, but we get them up and running.
We also zone out some more orchards to grow even more tasty fruit! They're big fields which take a while to prepare, but will they be ready by the end of the year?
Also we buy more land, we make a plan for berries and we build a nice little power grid!

Hire skilled workers, assign them to appropriate tasks based on their skills. Buy the required machines, monitor their technical condition and fuel availability to ensure their reliability during the harvest.
