Finally got around to speedrunning Cagney. He was uncomfortable for me to fight in the charge + whetstone speedrunning strategy, and that's because his hitbox was smaller than I thought and it moved around write a bit. At first, I thought whetstoning his face was just inconsistent, but I figured something out that still works. However, there's still times where I messed it up and it costed me an HP point.
