The Hilda Berg boss fight was challenging for me. There was no "once you got used to it, it gets easier" bitch, this boss fight was a struggle... especially the last phase. When I first beat this boss, it was out of luck, I didn't learn how to deal with the final phase and this boss fight on expert difficulty, the final phase is at least twice as long (they knew what they were doing when they were designing expert difficulty).
As for the changes for expert difficulty, they removed the whole bull sequence and replace that with the 2 cloud chick transformation but what made it harder is the constant attacks of the sharks spitting out projectiles, it's WAAAY more frequent on expert difficulty. On top of that, you have to juggle with the sharks that spit multiple projectiles and everything moves at a slightly faster pace, this boss was a problem from start to finish.
AS OF RIGHT NOW... this boss (on expert difficulty) is in my top 3 hardest boss fights yet.
