31We're here for another let's play of another Cyan Worlds game - this time it's Firmament, the latest IP from Cyan Worlds.
Released in 2023, this game was the spiritual follow-up to Obduction. Representing Cyan moving away from the Myst IP into uncharted territory.
In this game, we appear to be a person known as a Keeper. Apparently, not an insect on The Citadel but a person who's charged with keeping The Realms safe pending something called The Arrival.
What any of this means is currently totally unclear.
Oh and there's a narrator following us around who may or may not be incredibly unreliable with what they're telling us. My Spidey-sense tells me that we should expect a betrayal, but my reading of Cyan games has always been a bit wonky - I thought that Farley was for-sure a bad actor in Obduction! 😅

You are not entirely alone in Firmament. In addition to The Adjunct, you are joined by a mysterious apparition, who has a story of her own to share with you. As you explore you will be introduced to 3 Realms - each with secrets and mysteries to reveal. What purpose do the Realms serve? Can the spirit who accompanies you be trusted?

Built For Both VR and 2D Displays
Firmament supports both 2D and VR play. The VR experience of Firmament includes both Free Roam and Teleport modes.
Additionally, Firmament includes many “comfort level” features for both new and experienced VR users, including the option to enable smooth or snap turning, quick travel up stairs and ladders, vertical height quantization, and more!
