Curse of the Sea Rats - All Bosses (No Damage, Melee Only*) and All Endings
99Much thanks to an early key, here are all the bosses in Curse of the Sea Rats done hitless (and with one exception discussed below, melee only) along with all four endings to the game (the true ending is currently bugged). A pirate witch curses everyone into humanoid rat form and steals the admiral's kid which works out well for you in avoiding jail time if you agree to stop them and recover the kid.
Overall, it's a pretty enjoyable game with the graphics and music definitely being the strong point. Each character has different moves (I stuck with David Douglas throughout the game), although the game is overall pretty easy. David Douglas also gets a 30%(!) life leech ability which can trivialize the game (hopefully that is nerfed). What flaws the game does have I feel the developers can correct through some patches. I do feel that Mama Ratelli is excessively long for repeating the same pattern (and should either cut their health or add more patterns). As well, I did a second playthrough (which covers the Morrigan and Long Fuse Jones) as after the first Flora Burn fight you lose access to fast travel and in the first playthrough I was trying to avoid things for certain endings (and I missed the Crystalized Forever ending in my first playthrough).
The reason this isn't completely melee only is because Long Fuse Jones' bouncing in his second phase sometimes gets weird (i.e. he bounces halfway on the left/right sides and this results in really small hops that are extremely difficult to slide under due to the large hitbox). Buffalo Calf does have an iframes roll but I opted to stick with David and decided I'd use his ultimate magic for iframes if the bouncing looked problematic.
