Left 4 Duluth... Someone's attempt to pay homage to their home town presumably... and someone's execution to blemish their hometown's name is any of this is true...

- An entire chapter before you even get to finale...

Left 4 Duluth is not “BAD”... though I could say it is “Good” with a straight face...
While I have serious doubts they have “Maxed the source engines limits”... unless someone doesn't know how to optimize their shit... It doesn't look bad most of the time... I would say 75% of the campaign actually looks fairly decent... And there is a story with competent voice acting to boot...
HOWEVER!... and this is always the case with these kinds of maps... Most of the effort was put into the aesthetics... while gameplay had to feed off scraps... and it shows big time...
Thirty minutes to get through a single chapter... only one of the lives mind you... Large gaps inbetween supplies... Very little player leading to speak of... and the passion for force spawned tanks... But this is not even that bad... No... that honor goes to the finale...
The finale itself is not terrible... again, average like the rest... but the fact that it simply did not work...
This is inexcusable... how does this pass-by? We were there searching for twenty minutes... and we only even found the rescue vehicle because the bots teleported through a wall to get to it... This brings an average experience crashing down the shitter...
it might be fixed... I wouldn't know... and because of what we went through to even get to said broken disaster... I have no motivation to go back...
