(I will be slightly changing the format for season 3 and onward... couple things here and there... but mainly to the description/ review itself... this being one of the changes... since my little FYI segment is always right here... they will now be in parenthesizes... the part below this will be the newest edition to the review... also for the usual FYI I forgot to enable the custom font when I recorded... so yeah...)
Urban Flight... name is pretty self explanatory as you are going through an urban environment to make your way to your escape by aerial ascent... fairly standard with the exception of some epic moments... and a couple of odd design choices...
Pros
+Well designed
+Well detailed
+VERY NON-Linear
+Balanced supplies
+Unique events
+Custom textures and voice acting
Cons
-Some chapter (chapter 2 in particular) are unnecessarily long
-Ridiculous ramps in difficulty
-Unneeded Double tank wave along with the scavenge finale
-Navigation is a bit broken at times
Final Verdict
89/100
The map is well made... the detailing is great to... The environment looks like an urban area instead of just a bunch of unnamed buildings... design, supplies seem well balanced and fair... and the best part of the campaign... how non-linear it was without being stupid... it was almost never a straight path... but at the same time it wasn't a maze that would take 20 minutes to go through... also on the sites page... there is something about a scavenger hunt... so there is that is you are into that sort of thing...
The campaign is also not easy by any means of the word... most of the horde events are very difficult... and some areas last much longer than they should... and the addition of two tanks at the very end of the final stretch is just over doing it... lucky for me there was such a huge runaway to run on when I was attacked by them...
Despite the difficulty curves... it is still a solid campaign some very unique areas... and the pathing job the author did is still fantastic...
