An additional demonstration regarding SK and Reshade with Sigma 2. As you can see, these tools facilitate the injection of custom textures and I'm pretty happy with the results.

They're lazy compared to what's being cooked up in the server, though. I mean, I'm just changing colors in Photoshop, but we have guys--ahem, artists--using Substance Painter to create incredible costumes and skins.
