Hello,
The single or largest killer of frame rates is Screen Space Reflections.
To get a better frame rate out of Cyberpunk 2077 on GTX 1XXX Series cards, you can simply turn off Screen Space Reflections Quality down to Off/Low/Medium and yield the most performance from just one toggle.
On a separate note, you can also lower a few of the Volumetric Fog/Cloud quality to medium for few more frames.
Another option is to use the dynamic resolution scaling that's inbuilt into the game engine, which is located at the bottom of Cyberpunks Graphical settings.
Mirror detail is set to low as that will hammer your FPS when stood infront of one when changing V's clothing.
Installing on a SSD or M2 is highly advised.
There is a setting somewhere in game for slow HDD's - You may need to consider using this if you are running from a standard hard drive (HDD).

You may also consider overclocking your GPU if you haven't already.
Providing you know what you are doing and have proficient enough cooling, yielding +100 base core clock can get a few frames out consistently.
Please note that Vsync is on due to my monitor being 144hz.

Please note I am using 1440p resolution and a 144hz freesync monitor.
