Cyberpunk 2077 1440p Optimal Settings GTX 1080 Walk-around
Hello,
Here is a walk-around of Cyberpunk 2077 using Optimal settings for Nvidia GTX 1XXX Series cards, specifically a GTX 1080 at 1440p resolution.
As we know, performance is a bit iffy with older generation cards which aren't RTX enabled. To combat that and attain decent playable FPS within Cyberpunk, some sacrifices have to be made...
Mainly Screen Space Reflections Quality. Setting that to OFF will attain the most performance gain. Reducing Volumetric settings to medium also nets a few FPS gain. Turning off Ambient Occlusion nets a small increment too - it also doesn't seem to be working at all engine wise.
Turning on Static Fidelity FX and having the slider at 85% - 90% is prefered.
You have to choose between no resolution scaling (Fidelity FX) or Screen Space Reflections Quality. 85% With SSFQ set to medium is a good compromise.
