Here's a workaround that worked for me in order to eliminate 30fps input lag and minimize frame pacing issue aka micro stutters as much as possible.

Please note that all of the footage in this video was recorded using ShadowPlay, so there's a slight performance hit due to it. Your mileage may vary.
