In Cyberpunk 2077 you can get Legendary Armor mods that increase critical hit chance and critical hit damage. They normally cost around 90,000 eurodollars each, but there is a much cheaper way to get these mods.
By investing 16 points into the technical ability attribute you can get the "Waste Not Want Not" crafting tree perk which let's you get mods back out of items when you break them down. In this video I am crafting large amounts of a specific rare chest armor piece (though I think other armor pieces would also work) and they have a chance of being crafted with legendary mods installed. You can break down the armor to get the mods out and this is a much cheaper and more effective way of getting legendary mods.
I've found that this vest only has a chance of coming with either the Fortuna or the Bully legendary mods. Fortuna increases crit chance by 15% and Bully increases crit damage by 30%.
The specific chest piece I was making is called the Polycarbonate Western Fringe Vest and you unlock it for reaching level 9 in the crafting skill tree.
