Jackie's Tuned Arch is a special named variant of Jackie’s Arch, which is a free version of the Arch Nazare bike. You need to complete specific dialogue options in the "The Pick Up" mission and you can get these dialogue options through Nomad and and a Tech Ability level of 6. Then you will get the Tuned up version of Jackie's Arch at the end of the Heroes mission. But is it any better?
