The Cyberpunk universe is filled with technology, this technology is here to help people with every day life to make life easier so the people can put their feet back and relax but because everything within the Cyberpunk world is backed by technology, it has has become a target for hackers or netrunners.

Cyberpunk 2077 Lore | Being A Netrunner Within The Cyberpunk Universe

The net in the Cyberpunk universe is similar to the internet that we have in our universe except with a few slight changes. Instead of using a screen, in The cyberpunk universe they use Cybermodems which displays the net in a 3D environment. To Traverse the net in CP, people control an icon that can interact with other icons, programs and a lot more. This might seem a bit crazy, it's best described as using a VR headset to use the internet but it provides a huge benefit because where in our universe we need to think of something, type it up and then we get the results, in the CP2077 Universe, people can make split second decisions because the Net is directly connected to the users brain.

The Cyberpunk net is different and because of this hacking is also different. Hackers in the Cyberpunk universe are known as Netrunners. Netrunners are the types of savvy computer hackers you would find in the movies, but with a cybernetically augmented interface system implanted into their body. Using their brain-computer interface implants, they roam the Internet, looking for systems to hack and information to sell to Fixers.

This is a lot of talk about Cyberpunk 2077 Lore but this will link into the Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay because you can decide to be a netrunner within CP77, so in this video I will be going through all the Cyberpunk Lore and then showing what you can do with the Cyberpunk Gameplay.
