Settings used in this video guarantee stable 30FPS (dips are very rare and non-invasive).

A couple notes:
- This guide applies to the Steam version of Cyberpunk 2077. I experienced significant frame drops when using the GOG version of the game on Steam Deck, even on lowest settings (not related to shader compilation).
- While motion blur is generally a subjective thing, I recommend keeping it on High when playing Cyberpunk 2077 at 30FPS. Game looks choppy at low framerate with no motion blur.
- Crowd density set to Low makes the streets of Night City look rather empty but it helps with performance a lot.
- Stable 40FPS is not possible without making the game look blurry. Not to mention 60FPS.
- Dynamic resolution scaling causes artefacts on Steam Deck. Do NOT use.
- Colour precision has to be set to High. Otherwise, you might experience flickering on objects.
- I'm also showing my in-game control settings in the video. Default controller settings felt weird for me since day one and I highly recommend tinkering with those.
