Sorry for the choppiness in the clip. Started getting choppy after a certain story mission.

This is an Island thats in the East-Northeast of the Map. Its only accessible through either using the legitimate method of getting out of bounds and takes a while to get to, but once on it, its quite flat and somewhat round. The inner portion is mostly just beach sand while the outer ring is large patches of all the major ground textures used throughout the game and how they may blend into the texture next to each other.

There is nothing on the island otherwise. There is also nothing in the water except the use of the trash ground texture.
