In this Cyberpunk 2077 video we’re going to explore a hidden outcome in River’s questline that lands him in prison. I’ll show you how to mess up this quest and get one of the worst endings for our NCPD trailer trash buddy.

In order to unlock River’s questline, we must first complete I Fought the Law, where Jefferson and Elizabeth Peralez hire V to investigate the mayor’s death. Later on, River will contact us to help him find his missing nephew, Randy. River suspects Randy was kidnapped by a man named Anthony Harris. The normal route in the quest sees V and River discovering Randy’s location by revealing clues from Anthony’s dreams.

But if you fail to uncover all relevant clues from the braindance, V and River will not immediately know which farm Randy is being hidden at. River will present V with a choice between two potential farms - Poppy and Edgewood.
The correct choice is Edgewood Farm, but if V chooses Poppy, it sends us down a completely different path for the quest, which leads to a bad ending.
