Some thoughts on Cyberpunk 2077 thus far and my attempts to optimize for my older hardware.

I have a GTX 980 with an i7-8700K and 16 gigs of RAM. Game is installed on an SSD.

For streaming, I have to set the game up for 720p at 30 fps as shown.
Bringing it down to medium settings will net me close to 60 fps at 720p and around 45 fps at 900p.
1080p 30 fps is possible at tweaked medium settings for me.
In each, the game is playable, bugs non-withstanding.

As always, tweak your system to what it is capable of. Everybody has a different set-up.
