The triple threat Ion Cannon build. Basically this build is built around having Heaven's Fury up as much as possible because it can deal insane damage and costs no resource. (A single beam can tick once for 10 million and my gear is nothing special)

This build essential rides on the 2 weapons I use, The legendary 2h flail "Fate of the Fell" (Adds 2 additional beams) and the legendary shield "Eberli Charo" (Halves the cooldown from 20seconds).

Then you just want a bit of Cooldown Reduction (about 30%) and alot of holy damage and Heaven's Fury damage. Holy damage also increases the damage of Condemn, another skill used. I use the holy slash rune and Blessed Hammer with Limitless for easier Torment runs to clear the trash mobs faster.

Basically judge a group with the rune that gives you 80% additional crit, pop the law that increases crit damage by 100, and use condemn and heaven's fury on cooldown.

Setting up 2 Fist of the Heaven's with the lightning trip wire from the fissure rune will do alot of damage. (Plus i believe the damage on this skill is getting buffed).

Anyways this build relies on the right gear, mainly the 2 weapons. Which are a deadly combination.
